Salary Package : SGD 2500 - SGD 2800

Company Background: Machinery Construction
Working Time : 5.5 days work. 8am - 5pm / 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 1pm
Working Location: Singapore, Macpherson area

• Prepare full set of accounts such as Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, audit schedules and ensure timely month-end closing for management
• Prepare monthly management reports, including overall P&L, balance sheet and cash flow analysis, working capital analysis, business highlights etc.
• Oversee accounts receivables, accounts payables, expenses as well as cash flow management.
• Liaise with internal and external parties on any invoicing or payment matters.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and monitor daily cash flow.
• Perform analysis on financial statements for management reporting purpose.
• Maintain proper accounting controls and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Liaise with external auditors on year-end audit exercise.
• Provide general office administrative support

Job Requirement

• Good command of English, both written and verbal
• PC literate (Microsoft Office, emails etc.)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting and office administration
• Excellent in organising and scheduling paperwork
• Able to exercise discretion with utmost confidentiality in handling all matters.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work harmoniously with others.
• Abide and commit to Company\'s policies, values, and corporate objectives.
