Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales targets and meet campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) which includes sales targets, call quality and operational standards
- Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products with clear product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customers
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell
- Convert leads provided by the company to sales through telemarketing activities
- Ensure all call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards
- Update customer information in the database
- Note: Relevant training will be provided
- 1 year contract renewable (conversion to perm depends on performance)
- Changi Business Park / Ubi
- Monday to Friday: 9am 6pm
- Up to $3500 (Depends on experience and qualification)
- Commission
- Minimum GCE O level/SPM equivalent
- Prior experience working in telemarketing or sales function and/or the financial services sector prferred
- Insurance Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) will be an added advantage
- Proficient in English to liaise with English-speaking clients
- Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholder interactions
- Confident communicator with good verbal skills
- Sufficiently resilient to handle rejection and objections from customers
- Persuasive and committed to meet/exceed sales targets
- Sales-driven and possess a can-do attitude
