Account Development Executive (telemarketer)
Job Description
:JD:In this role you willxe2x80xa6xefx82xb7 Deliver sales targets and meet campaign key performance indicators (KPIs)which includes sales targets, call quality and operational standardsxefx82xb7 Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products withclear product knowledge and references, to existing and prospectivecustomersxefx82xb7 Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sellxefx82xb7 Convert leads provided by the company to sales through telemarketingactivitiesxefx82xb7 Ensure all call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations andin line with Quality Assurance standardsxefx82xb7 Update customer information in the databaseNote: Relevant training will be providedRequirementsRequirement:Minimum GCE xe2x80x98Oxe2x80x99 level/SPM equivalentxefx82xb7 Prior experience working in telemarketing or sales function and/orthe financial services sector preferredxefx82xb7 Insurance Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) will be anadded advantage
