Are you an energetic, creative and dynamic professional who thrives on crafting compelling stories and marcoms campaigns for lifestyle brands across the hospitality and tourism, F&B, retail, beauty and fashion space? Our client is a boutique marcomms and PR firm that specialises in amplifying brands across these exciting industries.

As an Account Director, you will take centre stage in delivering for client accounts and be a deputy to the Managing Partner. You will help shape integrated marcoms and PR campaigns that elevate brand presence, engage audiences, and generate buzz. You\xe2\x80\x99ll foster strong relationships, leverage key media opportunities, and position clients at the forefront of their industries. Further to this, you\'ll act as a key member of a growing team, guiding a closeknit team, and supporting business development strategy through research and creative ideation.

Key Requirements:

• ~8 years of experience in PR, communications, marketing, branding or related fields, ideally working with clients in hospitality, tourism, F&B, retail, beauty or fashion.
• Must have some agency experience.
• Demonstrated success in managing and elevating client accounts through creative and results-driven PR/marcoms campaigns.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with an ability to captivate diverse audiences.
• Proven track record in cultivating media and influencer relations and leveraging industry connections.
• Prior experience in managing people/team.
• Prior experience in new business pitching and/or business development.
• Good commercial acumen, entrepreneurial and self-driven.
• Integrated and innovative thinker who can develop and execute strategies.
• Values autonomy, boutique vibes and opportunity to nurture a team.

Our client works 3 days/week in a great neighbourhood buzzing with good food options in a central part of Singapore.
