You will be directly responsible as the POC for senior client relationships, Strategic ideation and project management of influencer projects.The Standard of delivery that Ogilvy sets will require your client management to be first class, you will be results orientated and help strategically develop \'best in class\' ongoing influencer programmes with innovative creativity and an intrinsic understanding of influencer marketing at the core of everything you do.A key understanding of consumer influencer marketing is your foundation, while you may also have experience with PR, marketing and audiences, brand values & routes to market which all play a key role in spotting the areas influence can add value in Ogilvy\'s Integrated Multi-channel strategic capabilities.Ogilvy\'s award winning influence division is a pioneer and the first agency to develop a specialist divisions such as Business Influence and Health Influence, Integrating the value of influence into the core of B2B Marketing operation for clients such as Vodafone Business, Samsung Business, Intel, HSBC and Health in medical and pharmaceutical. Experience in these feils is not mandatory but beneficial.The opportunity to build influencer marketing and our individual specialisms across our Asia Pacific markets is an exciting one. While the role is based in Singapore, markets include Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, The Philippines, Australia & NZ, China, Japan, Korea and India.As a Influence Account Director, you will be handling larger, more complex, likely multi-market projects, while managing a junior team, likely sat in the relevant markets to activate your vision. You\'ll also understand the importance of managing upwards, understanding how to navigate senior stakeholders using clear communication and professional process.What You\'ll Do

  • Leading a team of Influencer Managers and Executive, overseeing the day-to-day running of influencer campaigns, from identification and implementation, overseeing and reporting.
  • Leading Influencer strategy for clients: recommend objectives, targets, action plan, selection, content calendar and budget.
  • Insisting on influence integration, aligning and collaborating with media, PR, social, brand activation, digital and all other stakeholders - internal and external to deliver best in class campaigns for our clients.
  • Support on strategic new business opportunities and pitches across the agency.
  • Revenue & budget management across your projects throughout the year.
  • Build and maintain successful client relationships, selling in ideas and content streams in quick turnaround and high-pressure situations.
  • Leading client calls and presenting creative to sell content solutions and control project management.
  • Stay up-to-date with cultural/social trends and customers\' views and attitudes.
  • Play a key role in promoting our Ogilvy influencer offering across both the Ogilvy and WPP business internally.
  • Supports on additional projects as required - such as new business pitches, market reviews and competitive trends.
What You\'ll Need
  • Passion for influencer marketing with a minimum of four years\' experience in the field (Either B2B or B2C both applicable)
  • A recognition of the cultural nuance of marketing across Asia Pacific with experience in some markets.
  • Recognizing the difference between B2B & B2C influence and what marketing looks like in both fields
  • Demonstrate experience in building productive relationships with both clients & influencers.
  • Ability to manage a team, including impressive delegation skills as well as being a supportive nurturing guidance for junior team members.
  • An innovative, creative approach to the opportunity in influence.
  • Thrive under the challenge of spinning multiple plates.
  • Logical commercial acumen, managing the responsibility of large budgets effectively and accurately, understanding implications of decisions on both agency, client and influencers.
  • Keeping abreast of and utilizing new industry tech & developments, and follower of relevant news & trends.
  • Proven experience of integrating digital and social media in campaign activity.
  • Self-motivated, action-oriented and ambitious with a positive "can-do" attitude
  • Large agency experience highly preferable
