Roles & Responsibilities Accounts Executive:

You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute actively to the driving of effective finance and accounting initiatives.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining accurate records for all transactions, including revenue, expenses and fixed assets
• Accounts payables: recording suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 invoices and preparing payments
• Accounts receivables: preparing and recording invoices
• Daily bank reconciliation \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in period-end closing activities and lise with other departments as required
• Handle general administrative duties
• Assist with ad-hoc assignments as directed by senior members of the finance team We are looking for someone who
• Diploma in Finance and Accounting or equivalent with at least 1 \xe2\x80\x93 2 years of relevant experience
• Meticulous with attention to detail, possess good problem-solving skills, attentive and eager to learn, great initiative
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to manage a varied and diverse workload
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
