The Account Executive is a vital support member to all agency account teams. As an account executive, you\'ll need to thoroughly understand a client\'s products or services and what their communication goals are.Expectations of an Account ExecutiveAssists the Account Manager in business support and managementAssists in providing timely responses to client requestsSchedules business meetings and do follow-upsProvides input for the creation and execution of marketing plansGathers data on ad campaigns to evaluate performance, and gives recommendations on ways to improve campaign performanceTracks campaign budgetsGathers information on the competitionEnsures that ad campaigns are in compliance with advertising guidelinesAssists in developing and implementing business improvement programsAnalyses invoices and provides invoicing supportAssists in developing client presentations, proposals and reportsMaintains thorough understanding of account management principlesAssists Account Manager in coordinating day-to-day account activitiesMaintains a sense of discretion and professionalism, representing the GroupeExpectations as a member of our communityYou believe passionately in the power of creativity to bring change to the world. Because the true value of a community is that we bring out the best in each otherQualificationsRequirementsMin 1 year of experience in creative advertising agencyAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environmentAbility to effectively and appropriately interact with co-workers at a variety of levels, across many disciplinesEffective negotiation and problem-solving skills requiredExceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employeesHighly organized with a keen sense of attention to detailExceptional initiative and follow through skillsAfter hours work and overnight traveling to shoots and post sessions requiredNaturally well organised and unfazed when working towards deadlines.
