Job Description

Position title : Account Executive (1 year contract)
Location: Tanjong Kling Rd (Boon Lay MRT)
Working Days: Monday- Friday, 5 days
Working hours : 8am to 530pm
Salary : $3,800 - $3,900
Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operational functions
• Responsible for AR & AP functions
• Perform verification with vendors on change of vendors' information
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of accounting data and transaction in SAP system
• Assist in banking and treasury function
• Perform month end and year end closing of accounts
• Perform administrative and coordination work for finance department
• Prepare monthly accounts reconciliation
• Any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Ability to produce accurate and quality work within tight deadlines
• Candidates with strong AP experience will have added advantage
• Conversant in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge in SAP
