Account Executive ($2600 $3200/aws/vb)

Job Description
$3200 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Report to Assistant Finance Manager
- Ensure cash/cheques received are deposited into bank account accurately and promptly
- Reconcile receipts from mailroom, online portal and other departments against bank statements
- Proper filing of all Accounts Receivable documents
- Assist in audit queries for Accounts Receivable
- Prepare monthly journals for Accounts Receivable
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Assistant Finance Manager
- Minimum Diploma qualification in accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Singapore income tax rules, procedures and guidelines is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
