5 days work week (Monday - Friday 0830 - 0530pm) * 27 New Industrial Road [Near Bartley / Serangoon] * Salary: $2400 - $2700 + VB : * Ensure vendor invoices/staff claims a 5 days work week (Monday - Friday 0830 - 0530pm) 27 New Industrial Road [Near Bartley / Serangoon] Salary: $2400 - $2700 + VB : Ensure vendor invoices/staff claims are processed accurately and timely. Preparing payroll and submit cpf monthly . Preparing weekly collection/outstanding report & other financial reports as and when required by the management. Responsible for daily finance operations (including billing, payments, receipts, AP & AR transactions). Perform monthly bank reconciliation and inter-company reconciliation. Prepare quarterly GST reconciliation for submission Liaising with bankers, external auditors, tax advisors, company secretary and other statutory bodies to ensure compliance. Maintain good documentation and filing system. Prior experience in SQL system would be an advantage Provide support on all purchasing matters. Perform ad-hoc task as assigned. Requirement: Minimum of 3 to 4 year of relevant experience Min Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Bookkeeping. Well-versed in MS Office with advanced MS Excel skill.
