Job Description

Job Summary:

• 5 days\' work week (8.30am - 6.00pm)
• Up to $3,000
• AWS + Performance bonus included
• Locations - Pandan Loop (near Clementi)

Job Responsibilities:

• Posts customer payments by recording cheque transactions for processing receipts.
• Generate and send out monthly SOA to customers.
• Follow up and maintain AR reports.
• Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
• Prepare bank deposits
• Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
• Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, sales coordinator departments, and from customers.
• Report on the status of AP and AR.
• Process, verify and maintain invoices/payments and its related documents, and assist to follow up on discrepancies with customers and vendors
• Manage intercompany transactions and ensure intercompany balances tally across the books.

Job Requirement:

• Prior MYOB experience is advantageous
• Good numerical skills
• Good communications skills
