Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle full spectrum of Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP) Function
- Registry of supplier invoice, process payment & recording payment in Oracle
- Updating customers receipt in accounting software
- Assist in daily accounting data entries and month end closing
- Assist in Inter-company reconciliation
- Cash management including banking activities
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Handling of administrative accounting and administrative duties, including staff reimbursement
- Assist on GST submission
- Assist in preparing audit schedules, which include AP, AR and Inter-company Confirmation
- Prepare tax schedules for ECI and yearly tax computation.
- Any other duties/tasks assigned by supervisors
- Min. diploma / LCCI in Accountancy
- At least of 2 years of experience in full set of accounts.
- Knowledge of ERP preferred.
- Prior regional / multi-currency experience is advantageous
- Meticulous, able to work under tight datelines
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports
- Willing to work on some weekend during Travel Fairs/Roadshow/NATAS
- Travel & Tourism Industry
- Location: Bugis
- Working Hour: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
- Salary Up to $3800/mth + AWS + Travel Benefits
