Job Summary:

- Basic up to $3300 (Depends on experiences)

- Location at Pioneer Sector Walk

- Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm

- Company transport provided at Jurong East MRT (Pick up at 8:00am)

- Entitled to AWS & VB, 14 AL

Job Responsibilities:

• Posting of Invoices in Navision, including 3 way matching

• Processing receipts, including: Issuing cheque, TT

• Bank reconciliation

• Prepare daily receivable report

• Prepare and submit invoices to the bank for financing

• Prepare credit limit forecast reports to ensure that there is sufficient credit limit prior to sales delivery

• Send Statement of Accounts to customers

• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations

• Prepare debit notes and credit notes

• Submit insurance claims

• Perform inventory reconciliation

• Other ad-hoc duties as required and/or assigned
