Account Executive
Working Days: 5 Days
Working Hours: 8.30am - 545pm
Location: Boon Lay
Salary: $2400 - $2900
Job Summary:
Accounts Executive does work that is about accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax
filing, data compilation, billing and other accounting tasks. Works with future funds,
fixed assets accounting and the monthly or yearly finalization of accounts. Prepares the
trial balance, basic financial statements and simple consolidated financial statements.
Involved in finance-related projects and systems testing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare Invoice and credit memo.
- Key in data by using Navision system.
- Prepare AR/AP Files.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and AR outstanding summary.
- Follow up with the short payment or without payment details from customers.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and cash book.
- Assist in supplier invoice and bank transfer.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Candidate must possess at least Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/Nitec, any field.
- At least 2 years of work experience in accounting.
