Responsibilities

• Perform day to day processing & accounting of AP & AR
• Record & maintain financial transaction in accounting software
• Follow up on overdue payments & prepare payment to vendor
• Assist prepared DP & invoice
• Assist in audit requirement & GST return
• Meet deadlines for management reporting
• Performing account reconciliations
• Involved in monthly stock take
