Account Executive cum HR
- 5 Day (Mon-Fri) | 9am - 6pm
- Up to $3500
- Boon Lay, West
- Manufacturing Industry
- Perform day to day finance activities including AP, AR, cashflow, fixed assets registering & other finance related matters
- Prepare monthly report schedule including accruals & prepayments
- Perform month end & year end accounts closing, produce accurate Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss and submission to IRAS
- Perform tax computations
- Able to handle internal and external audit
- Carry out collection of payment from customers, liaising with salesman to resolve payment discrepancies
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Update and maintain daily bank record on payment transactions. Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing correspondence
- Monitor office expenses and ensure cost-effective operations
- Handle HR related matters such as process Annual Leave and recruitment.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in account & HR role equivalent
- Proficiency Full-set of Accounting experience
- \xe2\x81\xa0Knowledgeable in HR legislations, Employment Act
