JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handle accounts receivable and payable
• Record business expenses
• Submit expense claims on behalf of CEO and COO
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist in yearly audit and liaise with respective depts on audit requests
• Cover other finance duties as required
• Create purchase orders, invoices, packing lists and purchases.
• Verify shipment detail upon receipt and before delivery.
• Coordinate, monitor and follow-up with internal department/forwarders/carrier on

document issuance, incoming / outgoing shipment and payment arrangement. * Complete document on for new customer/vendor registraton.

• Monitor and follow up on account receivables/payable and inbound/outbound deliveries.
• Monitor and report on inventory levels. Stock take.
• Control correspondence, design filing systems.
• Sourcing & Purchasing & Maintaining of Office Supplies
• Any other administrative duties as required.
