We are expanding our client-facing division and seeking a sophisticated

Account Executive / Account Manager

to nurture elite relationships, oversee bespoke service delivery, and drive long-term client satisfaction.

Role Overview



As an Account Executive at Helix Prive, you will be the primary liaison between our private clients and internal concierge, travel, and wellness teams.
Your mission is to

understand each client's lifestyle priorities

, anticipate their needs, and deliver world-class experiences with discretion and excellence.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in

luxury services, hospitality, or private client management

, who thrive in high-touch, relationship-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and grow relationships with UHNW and executive-level clients. Serve as the main point of contact for concierge requests, wellness coordination, and bespoke lifestyle solutions. Oversee project timelines and ensure seamless communication between departments. Maintain confidentiality and deliver exceptional client care with refined attention to detail. Proactively identify opportunities for client engagement, retention, and referrals. Track service performance metrics and client satisfaction reports. Represent Helix Prive at exclusive events, partner functions, and private gatherings when required.

Ideal Candidate Profile



Minimum 3 years of experience in

luxury concierge, private banking, wealth management, or hospitality account management

. Polished communication and presentation skills. Deep understanding of luxury markets, client psychology, and high-end service expectations. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Exceptional discretion and trustworthiness. Fluent in

English

; knowledge of

Mandarin, Arabic, or French

is a plus. Based in Singapore or able to work remotely with flexible availability across time zones.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
