? Key Responsibilities

Manage full sets of accounts independently, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger. Prepare monthly financial reports, reconciliations, and cash flow statements. Handle GST reporting and filing, payroll computation, and year-end remuneration returns (e.g., Form IR8A). Manage online banking transactions, monthly payments, and related documentation. Liaise with auditors, banks, and external partners when required. Prepare financial statements. Maintain accounting records accurately and ensure compliance with internal controls and timelines. Participate in general administrative and financial support related to gallery operations. Provide mentorship or guidance to junior colleagues (if applicable).

Requirements

1-3 years of experience

in full set accounting preferred. (Open to motivated individuals with strong fundamentals.)
