Timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly closing of accounts
Process monthly Staff Claims, Payments, Receipts & Journals and posting entries to accounting system
Work closely with various departments on purchasing requisitions, billing processes and ensure prompt follow-up on all invoicing matters
Assist to liaise with external auditors for annual audit matters
Maintains the general ledger, profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements
Handles quarterly GST preparation & submission
Any other job-related ad-hoc duties / projects as assigned by Management
