Account Executive
Working days: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
Salary: $2500 - $3000
Working location : Tuas (Company transport provided at Jurong East)
Job Responsibilities
- Work with Head Of Department (HOD) to manage full set of accounts for the company and it\'s subsidiary
- Assist HOD in monthly closing and reporting
- Analysis of Company\'s profit and loss and work on areas of improvement
- Work with Accounts Assistant to ensure invoices are issued accurately and timely by the team
- Arrears Management
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders such as auditors and tax agents regarding finance\'s enquiries
- Assist in identifying internal process issues and implement any improvements
- Diploma in Accountancy and above
- With accounting experience
- Proficient in Ms Excel & Quickbook (advantage)
