Account Executive [ Outram| 5 Days/week]

Our client is actively searching for a Account Executive to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:

  • Monitoring daily communications with internal and external stakeholders answering any queries.
  • Assist in day-to-day finance transactions and data entry into system
  • Assist in cheque preparation, invoice preparation, credit noted and debit note
  • Handle petty cash, receipts, outgoing and general vouchers
  • Prepare performance bond application form and letter of credit applications.
  • Assist with internal costing and budgeting for projects.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks as requested
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy / LCCI level 3 or equivalent
  • Able to work independently, meticulous, positive attitude and a team player
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Words
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferable but not necessary
