Handle the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable
To reconcile daily retail sales collection for posting
Prepare sales invoices, credit notes, release sales orders and ensure completion of billings
Follow up on collection from customers
Process payment to suppliers, outlet and staff claims and ad-hoc payment
Maintain and update cashbook and cashflow forecast
Assist in cash counting
Prepare monthly AR journals
Quarterly warehouse stock count and reconciliation
Liaise with internal and external auditors etc.
Daily operational support
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job descriptions (AP) * Responsible for account payable and accounting data entry work.
Matching and verifying intercompanies, creditors and related documents.
Perform monthly intercompany and creditors reconciliations.
Prepare payments for authorization.
Creation of Purchase orders.
Cashflow planning.
Manufacturer funds reconciliations.
Assist in cash collections and cash counts.
Perform administrative duties including scanning, filing, documentations, etc.
Any other adhoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirement
Minimum a Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (E.g., vlookup, pivot tables and reporting)
Knowledge of the Navision system will be an added advantage
