The Talent:
Diploma/ Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy
2 - 3 years of working experience in accounting or finance
Meticulous, organized, detailed and deadline-oriented
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Update weekly/monthly/month-end cut-off ex-rate into ACCPAC
Responsible of Fixed Asset Register
Process data entry input for supplier invoices & staff travel and local expense claims
Issue credit notes and debit notes
AR adjustment (contra) & reversal of sales deposit
Prepare & input journal vouchers
AP closing & reconciliation
Assist in BPM, Power BI report
Prepare monthly audit schedules and yearly audit support
Prepare quarterly and yearly report
Ad-hoc duties as required
