Process vendor invoices, petty cash reimbursement, perform 3 way matching to ensure proper documentation and prepare payments to vendors
Coordinate with internal teams to obtain neccssary approvals for invoices.
Attend and respond to accounts payable related enquires and matters.
Account Payable (AR) * Monitor and manage customer invoicing and receipts
Verification of assigned outlets sales records
Follow up on outstanding payment
Reconcile accounts receiveable transactions and reconciling issu
Closing Full Set of Accounts * Prepare journal entries, adjestments and audit schedules to supportAdhoc Duties
Provide support in various adhoc projects and tasks
Assist in stock take
Assist in Audit queriers
Any other duties as assigned by Head of Finance
