Maintain AP/AR/partial GL.
Maintain cash book & records and perform monthly bank reconciliation
Monthly financial closing
GST submission
Process claims, payments, billings, issuing invoices, delivery order, cheques and etc.
General accounting functions and preparing of journal entries
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and reporting deadlines.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Support both internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Maintain proper records of assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses.
Requirement:
'O' Level, Certificate/Diploma in Accounting, LCCI or equivalent
Min
5 year(s)
of working experience in related field will be added advantage; prebferbably in construction industry
Be familiar with
Quickbook
or willing to learn
Good attitude and proactive
Able to start work immediately or within short notice
