Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible person to join our team as an
Account Executive
. Your main job will be to help us keep track of the money we owe, the money we're owed, and to make sure we follow GST (Goods & Services Tax) rules properly. You'll play an important role in making sure our company's finances run smoothly.Key Responsibilities:

1. GST (Goods & Services Tax)
Prepare and submit monthly or quarterly GST reports and filings. Make sure we follow all GST rules and regulations. Check if the GST we're paying or charging is correct. Handle any GST-related issues or letters from the tax office.

2. Accounts Payable (AP) -
Process and record bills/invoices from suppliers. Make sure payments are made on time to vendors and service providers. Match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes. Keep good relationships with vendors and answer their payment questions.

3. Accounts Receivable (AR) -
Issue invoices to customers or clients. Keep track of who has paid and who hasn't. Send reminders to customers who haven't paid yet. Follow up and resolve any issues related to payments.
What We're Looking For:
Basic knowledge of accounting and GST. Comfortable using accounting software (e.g. Autocount, Excel.). Good with numbers and attention to detail. Able to meet deadlines and stay organized. Responsible and trustworthy. Able to work independently and with a team.
Nice to Have:
Previous experience in handling GST, AP, and AR. * Certificate or diploma in accounting or finance.
