Responsibilities

• Check and recording of vendors\' / suppliers\' invoices into the QuickBooks Online.
• Following up with vendors and suppliers for their Statement of Accounts for completeness of purchases in the month.
• Involve in outlets year-end inventory check.
• Checking and reviewing of payment vouchers.
• Maintain and recording of daily sales from POS system and posting to QuickBooks online.
• Liaise with outlets to resolve discrepancies found on POS report.
• Daily recording of bank receipts from various mode of payment in bank statement into Quickbooks and excel files.s.

Requirements

• Candidate must have at least 1 years of relevant experience
