THE ROLE: ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Account Manager, this role will require the successful candidate to liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure effective management of an existing client portfolio to drive operational excellence
  • Maintain the highest standard of excellence in client service by attending to client inquiries and requests
  • Explain operational matters to Sales & Clients. Develop Sales’ & Client's awareness, understanding, and ability to comply with our operational requirements
  • Manage daily implementation and execution of all online and offline account management duties.
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product and service delivery timelines are within stipulated timelines.
  • Manage and own post-sales journey of the OIO client, from onboarding to day-to-day client servicing
  • Ensure the Client cryptocurrency transactions are fulfilled and captured without service disruptions
  • Responsible for comprehensive and accurate updates to clients.
  • Continuously optimize our account management workflows, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches
  • Analyze financial data to provide insights to business stakeholders to aid in the decision-making
  • To operate in a high-paced environment that complies with laws and regulations and ensures the company's policies and procedures are followed.
Your experience, skills & knowledge
  • Previous experience in a client-servicing role where you are comfortable communicating with C-Suite team members.
  • Strong knowledge of internal systems, processes, and technical policies.
  • Previous experience in servicing client accounts within FinTech.
  • Familiarity with traditional finance markets, and understanding of digital assets, and cryptocurrencies are a strong plus.
  • Experience with Hubspot.
  • A logical thinker and problem solver who is self-motivated and a strong contributor to a team.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and planning skills
  • Team player with a drive for success and achievement
