Their platform uses AI voice agents to conduct natural-sounding cold calls at scale, delivering up to 300% more qualified appointments while freeing sales teams to focus on closing deals. With operations growing quickly in Singapore and across the region, they are expanding their Account Management team.


Job Purpose

As an

Account Manager

, you will be the

primary partner for clients

, ensuring they get maximum value from the platform. This is a role that blends

client success, data insights, and creativity

: you'll manage relationships, optimise call scripts, review performance data, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tangible outcomes.


Key Responsibilities


------------------------

Act as the

trusted partner

for assigned clients, building strong and lasting relationships. Understand client business goals and

customise AI call scripts

to align with their messaging. Review call recordings and platform insights to identify

opportunities for improvement

.

Test, iterate, and optimise

call scripts to improve conversion and appointment-setting rates. Onboard new clients and guide them through

best practices

for AI-driven cold calling. Provide

proactive recommendations

to maximise ROI on the platform. Work with

product and engineering teams

to channel client feedback into the roadmap. Track account performance, prepare reports, and clearly communicate results to clients.

Requirements


----------------

1+ years

of experience in

account management, customer success, or sales operations

. Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to adapt to different client personalities. Analytical and creative mindset--comfortable reviewing data and

crafting persuasive scripts

. Ability to handle high volumes of information (e.g., call reviews) and extract key insights. Resourceful, proactive, and independent; thrives in a

startup / fast-paced environment

. Passion for

sales, marketing, or AI technology

is a plus. Advantageous: experience in

B2B SaaS, outbound sales, or performance marketing

.
