Who You Are



We are looking for a

Account Manager

with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of

cybersecurity and network solutions

. This role involves working closely with the sales team to assess customer requirements, develop tailored solutions, and provide technical expertise. You will play a key role in the sales process by demonstrating the value of our solutions, addressing technical inquiries, and ensuring clients understand how our offerings meet their specific needs.


Your role will also involve positioning our products and services as ideal solutions, anticipating customer needs, and contributing to solution development. Ultimately, you will support the sales team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen customer relationships.


Responsibilities



Assist the sales team in qualifying potential opportunities by providing technical and functional expertise. Understand client requirements and propose customized network and security solutions. Engage with prospective customers to assess their technical needs and business goals. Conduct detailed needs assessments to identify the most suitable solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to create comprehensive proposals and respond to RFPs. Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential and existing clients. Work closely with product and engineering teams to gain in-depth technical knowledge and provide insights on customer needs. Design and develop tailored solutions that align with client requirements. Respond promptly to technical and functional queries during the sales process. Support sales processes by ensuring smooth coordination between technical and sales teams. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients based on market knowledge. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the presales process. Provide technical training to the sales team to enhance product knowledge. Stay up to date with industry trends and product advancements to provide the best solutions. Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business,

or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in

presales, sales engineering, or technical consulting

(leadership experience is a plus). Strong understanding of

enterprise software, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity solutions

. Ability to

mentor and guide

the presales team to support sales efforts effectively. Excellent

communication and presentation skills

to explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong

problem-solving and analytical skills

to understand complex client needs and propose effective solutions. Negotiation and

influencing skills

to guide prospects through the buying process. Strong

time management and organizational skills

to handle multiple client engagements simultaneously. Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to

solution development
