WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING
Overview: We are looking for a driven individual with experience in client servicing - preferably with experience in media strategy planning.
As an Account Manager, you will closely with the Sales team, taking ownership of client servicing, supporting the development of effective media strategies and overseeing end-to-end campaign execution to meet client objectives.
HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
Manage a team of Senior Account Executives across the SEA portfolio, maintaining
high standards in client servicing and strong campaign outcomes aligned with client objectives
Work alongside the Sales team to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive client and revenue retention, and growth, serving as their main point of contact upon Sales closure
Assist in the preparation of responses to briefs
Develop and implement tailored media plans that align with
our clients' business objective to provide relevant, winning digital solutions
Ownership of client communications on all aspects of client-related campaigns and materials, including post-campaign analysis, report and reviews
Analyse and interpret data from past and existing campaigns to draw insights and optimise strategies, be the go-to on all client work under your purview
Work closely with internal teams and external partners on end-to-end campaign execution
Proactively address clients' concerns and troubleshoot campaign-related issues
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing clients
Stay current with industry trends and developments
Contribute to the improvement of the company's overall media strategy
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
You have 3-4 years of work experience in Account Management / Client Servicing, background in
Media Strategy, Media Planning or similar role preferred
You have an unstoppable ability to develop and maintain key relationships with clients - they should be your biggest fans!
You're insanely well-organised with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and a high level of attention to detail
You think logically, even under pressure, and come up with innovative solutions to problems
You're analytical and have a great head for numbers
Excellent written and spoken English
