Account Manager

What You'll Do

Build and manage customer accounts across various industries. Identify sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client engagement. Provide consultative technical support -- assessing site requirements and recommending optimal air systems. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure proposals and solutions are accurate and feasible. Keep abreast of market developments and competitor offerings. Prepare and deliver sales forecasts and activity reports.

What You Bring

3-5 years' experience in technical or industrial sales (preferably compressed air or filtration). Mechanical or Electrical background with good technical aptitude. Proven ability to communicate and build trust with customers. Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong follow-through.

Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations. Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure smooth project execution. Track market movements, customer feedback, and competitor trends. Maintain accurate sales reporting and pipeline forecasting.

Requirements

Prior experience in industrial or technical sales preferred. Solid understanding of mechanical systems, particularly compressors and filtration equipment. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Diploma or Degree in Engineering (or equivalent practical experience). * Energetic, proactive, and passionate about industrial technology.
