:

• Proactively meet personal and departmental revenue and profit targets.
• Generate and identify potential sales leads.
• Schedule meetings and deliver sales presentations to potential customers.
• Prepare quotations and preliminary system designs.
• Negotiate and execute contracts in line with sales objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with clients and prospects.
• Offer ideas and suggestions to enhance sales results, reputation, and market share.
• Elevate the Convergint brand name and image through various sales and marketing channels.
• Foster and sustain robust relationships with partner companies.
• Uphold a high level of knowledge in security concepts and systems to provide valuable client consultation.
• Assist in project management, attend site meetings, and liaise with clients when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher.
• Possess a minimum of 4 years of hands-on sales experience (preferably in the security industry) in a multinational company.
• Demonstrate full proficiency in English (both oral and written).
• Showcase strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Exhibit high energy, results-oriented mindset, and excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a structured environment.
• Demonstrate influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with the sales team.
• Strong ability to create a collaborative working environment for customers and team members.
• Self-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
