Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT staffing and contract services.
Build a healthy sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and targeted research.
Design go-to-market strategies and customized client plans to achieve growth targets.
Present impactful proposals, pricing options, and client presentations.
Client Management
Serve as primary contact for assigned clients and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Understand client workforce needs and recommend effective staffing solutions.
Conduct business reviews, track performance, and maintain long-term relationships.
Negotiate commercials, contracts, and service agreements.
Delivery & Execution
Partner with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.
Oversee consultant deployment, monitor performance, and manage escalations.
Track KPIs, delivery metrics, and ensure SLA compliance.
Support contract renewals and extensions.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related discipline.
3-7 years' experience in IT staffing, contracting, or professional services sales.
Consistent record of achieving/exceeding revenue targets.
Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
Experience managing full client lifecycle from acquisition to delivery.
