Job Description

Responsibilities:



Responsible for the day-to-day management of all customer service activities. Handle inbound enquiries, requests, and feedback via phone and email efficiently. Collaborate with the overseas relocation team to ensure consistently high service standards.



Qualifications:



Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in logistics with a proven track record of achieving results. Strong communication and negotiation skills, including with Japanese counterparts. Positive, adaptable, and professional; able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients. Proactive team player with a customer-focused mindset.
