An Established Immigration agency is looking for a dynamic, client-focused
Account Manager
to join our team and help drive customer success and retention.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Foster strong, strategic relationships with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business objectives, needs, and challenges.
Manage daily interactions with clients, addressing questions and concerns with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams--including sales, product, and support--to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Develop and deliver regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to help clients achieve their goals.
Provide timely updates and follow-through on client requests, ensuring expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or higher
Basic Microsoft office knowledge
Preferred experience in account management, client services, or customer success
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
