Overview:
Support the growth and development of the business through managing the relationship, growth, and satisfaction of our key strategic clients and partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Build and develop strategic relationships with existing accounts
Manage and lead the day-to-day ongoing relationship lead of major accounts
Driving existing account growth opportunities to achieve agreed growth targets
Supporting any regional content partner meetings if needed, not the leader or doer on these opportunities, but the enabling in region face-to-face, when needed, to be successful faster.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders for new partner onboarding throughout the client integration
Senior Stakeholder Management
Handle escalations and overseeing and helping with issue avoidance and resolution
Promotion coordination
Content Inventory management
Logistics leadership
Manage internal and external reporting requests
Manage digital solutions for new and existing partners
Partner with the Sales team and work collaboratively to operationalize new and existing client programs and support and grow the business
Owning the account management plan and CRM for our regions, and related marketing and business contact
Qualifications:
Experience of working across a diverse customer base
Previous experience in business management, sales, or account management experience.
Knowledge of Gift Card, Loyalty, or Prepaid category is ideal,
Proven track record of successfully influencing in a matrixed organization
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated with strong level of initiative, energy, and enthusiasm.
Accustomed to working in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels and build beneficial relationships.
