Account Manager (non Enterprise)

Job Description


My client, a very prolific system integrator and AV solutions provider in Singapore, is looking for an Account Manager (Non-Enterprise) to join their growing team. This role would have you be responsible for not only winning new clients to provide integrated solutions to but also work with some of the leading manufacturing partners ensuring good working relationship with all stakeholders resulting in you being able to provide the best solutions to fit the customer\'s needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Education and Government sectors to effectively convert leads into successful closures.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing key accounts, working to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within these key accounts.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive weekly sales reports, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and potential growth areas.
  • Collaborate closely with esteemed partners and in-house AV Designer Team to develop tailored solutions that align with customer needs, leveraging the expertise and offerings of partners companies.
  • Engage in strategic negotiations with partners to ensure competitive pricing for bids and proposals.
  • Work diligently to deliver compelling bids that differentiate my client\'s solutions in the market.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in selling in a B2B environment and providing solutions pertaining to AV, Videoconferencing or telephony solutions would be highly desirable.
  • At least a Diploma in IT, Engineering, or any other field is preferred.
  • Outgoing personality with a keen interest in sales, with a proven track record, especially in the non-enterprise markets such as Education, Government, etc.
