About the Role

A leading global System Integrator, looking for an experienced Account Manager with strong experience in targeting Public and Healthcare sector. You will be responsible to handle IT Infra products, Network, Security, Digitalisation, and Cloud. You will report directly to the Head of Sales.

• Generate sales opportunity to achieve short and long term revenue and profit growth
• Execute direct sales programs and initiatives to drive sales
• Develop and execute sales strategy for the accounts assigned
• Develop and maintain a high level understanding of end-to-end IT offerings including IT infrastructure, security technologies, IT application, digital transformation and cloud in local competitive environment
• Manage overall sales process from pre to post-sales
• Take active lead to engage partners in customer engagement and solutioning
• Responsible for proposal creation and delivery
• Engage customers at all level to develop long term business relationship
• Engage internal stakeholders in sales approval process
• Responsible for any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in relevant field and role.
• Strong working experience in IT solutions sales, with high level of understanding of the latest technoloogies.
• Driven and strong performance in managing sales pipeline.
• Experience in handling partners and public sector clients, within healthcare settings are strongly preferred.
• Customer centric, with strong ability to understand clients\' need.
• Experience working in SI environment is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, presentation and time management skills.
• A desire to thrive in a hard-working, fast-paced and collaborative team.
• Great communicator, negotiator and team-player.
