Manage customer accounts and provide maximum support in maintaining the qualification status. Update customers on company's new programs, policies and procedures or changes (if any). Resolve customer's issues and concerns in the interest of the company and customers personal circumstances. * Receive and handle incoming phone calls and written correspondences and provides the best possible service to customers.
