Job Description

*Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm *Location: Somerset (5min walking distance from MRT) *British MNC company *Experience in LAO/PAO/PIB/SO chemical products *Permanent Our client is one of the largest chemicals company in the world Responsibilities:

• Relationship management with customers (Procurement, Technical, Sales & Marketing, R&D, Logistics, Finance) but also with companies influencing markets (OEMs); Internal networking with Account Coordinators, other Account Managers, Technical Service, Market Managers, Credit, Legal.
• Pricing implementation in line with Market Managers pricing guidelines and guidance from superior.
• Monitoring of key metrics to measure success and refine processes based on analysis: i.e volume, contribution margin, payment punctuality, forecasting, service infringement.
• Implementation of contracting strategy as defined by Market Managers and superior and monitoring of contract obligations.
• Providing monthly demand forecasts & market analysis including trends at our customers\xe2\x80\x99 customers.
• Prospection, active in customer hunting and market development initiatives. Maintains relationship with non active customers and develops channels to market in assigned territory.
• Customer offer development.
• Sharing of customer/market/competitive information through call reports and other forms of communication.
• Deliver business objectives as agreed \xe2\x80\x93 achieving sales and margin target.
• Resolution of business and logistics issues.

Requirements:

• University Degree with more than 5 years of Regional Sales and Marketing experience
• Good market, logistic, product knowledge
