Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in a sales role in the enterprise software or cloud space.
  • Experience with clients in the enterprise cybersecurity or IT field.
  • Ability to speak and write in Japanese, Mandarin or Korean fluently to communicate with external stakeholders in market from Japan, China or Korea and build relationships.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience securing or growing a customer base, and meeting business goals.
  • Experience in international markets and managing agreements.
  • Knowledge of product and solution market trends in cybersecurity and cloud.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, organize, and communicate sales activity, concepts, and technical benefits in business terms at the executive level.
  • Ability to build relationships and do business with executives across security and IT business units.

Responsibilities

  • Expand the customer base by promoting Security Operations (SecOps) products to teams or locations.
  • Develop the pipeline, manage renewal cycles, increase customer engagement, and leverage positive customer testimonials.
  • Maintain and grow relationships to lead the long-term direction.
  • Partner with other teams to understand the needs of the customer and provide excellent customer experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the account.
