We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager fluent in Mandarin to manage and nurture relationships with our Mandarin-speaking clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, coordinate projects, and deliver tailored solutions that meet clients' needs in both English and Mandarin.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients, acting as the main point of contact for all account-related matters
Understand clients' business goals and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer service) to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects
Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction through regular communication and updates
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to clients
Resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure client retention
Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to clients in both Mandarin and English
Monitor account performance and adjust strategies to meet client objectives
Maintain detailed records of client communications, project progress, and deliverables
Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to provide relevant insights to clients
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role
Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) with excellent English communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
