Account Manager (Client Servicing & Business Development)

Responsibilities:



Manage and grow SME client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction. Promote and sell

Training Courses, MiniChat Pro/Plus (WhatsApp solutions), and Bosses Connect

. Drive client onboarding, renewals, and upselling of solutions. Support workshops, events, and networking sessions to increase participation. Maintain accurate records (CRM) and provide regular follow-ups. Achieve monthly sales and service targets.

Requirements:



Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Sales-driven, with experience in client servicing or account management. Knowledge of digital marketing/WhatsApp automation is an advantage. * Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts.
