As an Account Manager, you will maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensure a smooth experience across touchpoints, and partner with internal teams to recommend fit-for-purpose solutions in cloud services, CDN, and security. A key part of this role is to identify relevant upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on verified customer needs.
What You'll Do
Account management:
Build regular touchpoints with existing clients, understand business goals, and keep stakeholders aligned.
Needs discovery & solutions:
Identify pain points and recommend options across cloud, CDN, and security; coordinate specialists for advanced support.
Sales support & execution:
Plan and execute upsell/cross-sell motions
for existing accounts (e.g., add-on modules, usage tier upgrades), prepare product briefs and proposals, and track follow-ups to completion.
Internal coordination:
Orchestrate resources across Sales, Technical, and Marketing to deliver timely, accurate responses and proposals.
Documentation & reporting:
Update CRM notes, log activities, and provide concise visit/progress reports to stakeholders.

1+ year experience in IT/cloud/networking or related B2B environments (account management, customer success, or sales support).
