About the job:

As we expand, we are looking for a proactive Account Manager who can manage the full recruitment cycle-- sourcing, screening, onboarding, and matching nannies to clients' specific needs. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying and hiring nannies to working closely with families to match them with the right caregiver. This role requires a mix of recruitment expertise, client management, and problem-solving skills to ensure both nannies and families have a seamless experience.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients, understand their childcare needs, and position our services as the best solution. Convert leads into paying clients through consultative sales, needs assessment, and service recommendations. Build strong, long-term relationships with families, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat engagement. Manage client accounts, follow up on enquiries, and support package renewals or upselling of services. Recommend and match nannies based on the client's unique requirements, ensuring a great fit for both the caregiver and the family. Act as a mediator between clients and nannies to ensure smooth communication and address any concerns.
