The Account Manager acts as the main liaison between the agency and the client. A manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the client account including client presentations, gaining internal and external creative concept approval, and executing flawless delivery.Expectations of an Account ManagerBe the main point of contact to the client day-to-dayResearches and understands the brand, its category and its competitors to provide added value for the client while staying well-informed on marketing and media trendsCollaborates with the Planning, Media and Creative departments to write a strong, inspiring agency brief and concept based on the client\xe2\x80\x99s initial briefInfluences the development of the highest quality of creative work by sharing knowledge of the client/business/brand and demonstrating strong creative judgment and basic strategic recommendationsPresents production estimates for client approvalProtects client and agency interests by thoughtfully managing resources and identifying new opportunities for growth, issues and updatesProvides written weekly status and conference call reports following meetings to ensure client and agency are in agreementAttends shoots and edits to ensure client approval and satisfactionEffectively facilitates the communication between agency, client and our partner agencies to ensure seamless creative outcomesWorks with studio, producers and project management teams to deliver on time, and on budgetCommitted to constantly improving our work, and how we workMaintains a sense of discretion and professionalism, representing the GroupeExpectations as a member of our communityYou believe passionately in the power of creativity to bring change to the world. Because the true value of a community is that we bring out the best in each otherQualificationsRequirements:Preferred 3-5 years account experience in a highly creative advertising or social agency. Prior experience in social operations and/or social-first agency background is preferred. Open to previous social marketing executives/managers for this role.Strong grasp of social media space and online media jargon and technologyAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environmentAbility to effectively and appropriately interact with co-workers at a variety of levels, across many disciplinesEffective negotiation and problem-solving skillsStrong financial understanding of budgeting, estimating and agency profitabilityA track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical thinking skills and maintaining composure in stressful situationsExceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employeesHighly organized with a keen sense of attention to detailExceptional initiative and follow through skillsAfter hours work and overnight traveling to shoots and post sessions requiredThe confidence to interact with clients and make presentationsPast experience with banking and financial services accounts is a huge plusPast experience working with regional hubs in SEA/APAC is a huge plus
