:A top-tier hotel technology provider is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team, based in Singapore. This newly created, fully remote role will report directly to the VP of Sales based overseas. You will play a crucial role in managing relationships with luxury hotel brands helping them optimize their infrastructure.
As an Account Manager, you will leverage your deep industry knowledge to assess client needs, develop tailored technology solutions, and support the sales process from start to finish. Your goal is to build strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensure their communication needs are met with the most effective solutions.Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Engage with luxury hotel clients to assess their existing communication systems and propose tailored PBX and cloud-based solutions.
  • Create compelling proposals and lead solution presentations, either remotely via Teams or in person.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, facilitating seamless project deployment and ongoing support.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or pre-sales roles, with a proven track record of working with hotel brands in previous roles.
  • Proven track record of working with major global hotel brands and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior decision-makers.
  • Ability to deliver product demonstrations and propose solutions that meet client needs.
  • Able to travel across SEA, assessing individual hotels infrstructure.
