Ensure that the hotel income is properly processed and reported that this data is converted into meaningful management reports and to ensure that departments conduct their cashier duties responsibly.
Ascertain that all entertainment checks / vouchers / checks / registration cards are all approved, authorized and reported according to procedures
Ensure that internal control procedures are not violated
Ensure agency commissions are paid accordingly to procedure
Check and verify difference for missing registration cards
Assist other accounting sections as requested by Department Head
Ensures that month end closing is completed accurately and reports are generated within specified days of the month end.
Maintain efficient administration within the department preparing and submitting operational reports on time.
Job Requirement
At least 3 to 5 years of minimum related experience in hotel finance.
Detailed knowledge of working practices of Finance Detailed knowledge of Singapore Hotel environment, local regulations, and other tax specific rulings.
